DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

These terms apply only to digital products sold by SwordEyeVisions Ltd. They do not replace the separate Photography Terms.

  1. SELLER AND CONTRACT

The seller is SwordEyeVisions Ltd, company number 16363676, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Support: info@swordeyevisions.com.

A contract is formed when we accept payment and issue an order confirmation. The relevant product page, checkout information and these terms form part of that contract. Please check the product and email details before paying.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PAYMENT

Each product page states the digital content supplied, file format, page or file count, price and relevant technical or use information. Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise. SwordEyeVisions Ltd is not VAT registered and does not add UK output VAT to its selling price.

Payment must be authorised through an available checkout method. If payment fails, no order is completed and no file is supplied. If you believe you have been charged twice, contact us with the order details so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

  1. IMMEDIATE DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are supplied electronically; no physical item is sent. After successful payment, Squarespace sends a secure download link to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for providing a working email address, accessing the link promptly and keeping a secure backup after download.

Squarespace download links are normally active for 24 hours after first use. If a link expires, use the replacement-email option or contact support with the order number and purchase email.

  1. CANCELLATION RIGHT AND IMMEDIATE SUPPLY

Before completing checkout, you must expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once access or download begins.

This acknowledgement does not remove statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.

  1. FAULTY, MISDESCRIBED OR UNSUPPLIED CONTENT

Digital content must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for a purpose made known to us where the law requires.

If the file is corrupted, incorrect, unavailable or materially does not match its description, contact info@swordeyevisions.com with the order number, purchase email and a concise description of the problem.

Where applicable, we will first provide a working download, replacement file or repair within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful, not provided within a reasonable time or would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund under UK consumer law.

  1. DOWNLOAD AND ACCESS SUPPORT

For an expired link, failed download, missing email or interrupted access, check the checkout email address and spam folder, then request a replacement link or contact support. We may verify the order before resending access.

If a replacement version is required because the supplied file itself is wrong or defective, we will identify and provide the corrected file without requiring another purchase. A customer losing their own saved copy after successful delivery does not automatically create a new purchase right, but we will provide reasonable access support where the order can be verified.

  1. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, the named buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product personally and, where relevant, within their own internal business planning.

You must not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, upload for third-party access, republish, copy for another person, or use the content or its structure as a template or competing product. Wider commercial exploitation, client distribution or multi-user use requires prior written permission from SwordEyeVisions Ltd.

Intellectual-property rights remain with SwordEyeVisions Ltd and its licensors.

  1. COMPATIBILITY AND PRINTING

A current application capable of reading the stated file format is required. Device, software, annotation and printing results vary. Print colour, scale and quality depend on your printer, paper and settings. These normal variations are not defects where the file matches the product description and works as stated.

  1. LIMITS THAT DO NOT AFFECT CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsupplied digital content.
